I have a 2003 7.3 and it sat a decant amount before I bought it. It had an issue with the speedometer and the gas gauge and I thought the speedometer just needed a sensor replaced in the rear axle but I did that and it still isn't working properly.

The issues I'm seeing is sometimes the speedometer works, and sometimes it doesn't. It's always at random times not any particular weather or anything like that. After changing the sensor, I'm unsure of what it could be.

2: the second issue is the fuel gauge not working properly. It will read full until it drops below the half way mark, then it will stay on empty. The gas light does come on once it gets so low.
If the cluster was bad why would only these 2 not work?
And does anyone have any advice/experience with these issues?

The cluster is Probobly going south, a master board can go bad in any spot causing just one or two things to fail or in mulitiple spots but I have had to replace a few clusters in the super duties
