wondering if there are any tunes that actually reduce particulate. I am in cali. Thinkin about runnin with no dpf

I have a H&S XRT PRO, it has 5 fuel options, i run it on option 3 & it blows black smoke, but on option 0 i bet it wouldn't puff much smoke
