I have a 96 7.3 I drove in yard now it won't start fuses all good no smoke when cranking rpms move oil press gauge goes up after 30 secs of cranking need to buy scanner what's a good one under say 200 or is that even possible

 

I have auto ingenuity, its about the best for most people. Think I paid 300-350 for it.
