Loud whistle at idle?

Just wanting to know if it is possible to get the turbo to sound like a deleted 6.7 cummins with the exhaust brake on? Not trying to start anything, just wanting to know

stock one doesnt get very loud, you can alter the vane positioning with tuning but that's it
