Question Need some help

Im in the market for my first diesel. Ive been looking at what I would want for about 6 months. Ive found a truck locally with most of the upgrades I would want to install, I'm just not sure about the price and buying a truck that was upgraded by someone else. It is for sale on a car lot that mainly deals in trucks. I thought maybe some of you with experience could weigh in and give me some advice.

Here are the details:
2009 Chevy 2500HD Crew Cab LTZ 4x4, LMM Duramax, Allison Auto, Leather, All Power, Cd, Heated Seats, Remote Start, Reverse Camera, Etc. DPF Delete, Edge CTS Programmer, Leveling Kit, 35x12.50 Toyo MT w/ 18" Rockstar's, GoRhino Nerf Bars, UWS Toolbox, B&W Gooseneck, Tinted Windows, Very Sharp, Southern Truck, Clean AutoCheck, 181k Miles

They are asking 26950 for it, kbb has fair purchase for around 20000 without the aftermarket mods.
Any ideas or suggestion would be a huge help.

cool

Well I went and looked at this truck, found it was leaking a fair amount of coolant after the test drive. Also the belt was starting to seperate. There was paint missing and rust starting to form inside drive and passenger doors. Decided to pass on this, they refused to come off the price even considering these issues. Thanks for looking at this thread.

Ya, i wouldn't pay extra for those mods. I would look for something with as little mods and then do them yourself. Then you'll know what you are getting

I appreciate your feedback. I've been doing more research in the local market and not only are lmm's hard to find this one is on the lower end of what these dealers are asking. What would some of y'all consider a fair price for this truck?

Is it visibly leaking coolant from somewhere that could easily get fixed or is it just disappearing' ie: head gaskets?

How many miles on the truck?
