no start
2007 3500ram 5.9 cummins
parked for 2 months,replaced batteries ,starter does not engage,headlights turn on with parking brake on and tranny in park.check engine light is on[any help would beU] (was on before i parked)
checked fuse #28 seems ok
all factory standards no chips of any kind less than 100000km
any help appreciated
