Default 2004 motor swap to 2004.5 truck.

Hey this is my first post here! Been using the forum for a long time though. I have a 2004.5 Ho with 700,000km trucks still strong. The motor has developed a huge amount of blowby and oil consumption. I picked up a rolled early 2004 truck with 100,000miles. I have the motor and wiring and sold truck. I understand that I will need to use 04.5 injectors, valve cover gaskets and turbo on the early 04 motor. What other things might I run into doing the swap? Thanks in advance
Chris

No, you do not use the 04.5 injectors. The valve cover, gaskets and wiring harness are the same on the 04 trucks. Strip all ther sensors and wiring except the internal inector harness form the 04 and transfer all the pieces form the 04.5 and you are good to go. Direct bolt in and harness hookups.
