I have a 2010 F550 with a 6.4L diesel. The truck will start and run and then the check engine light comes on and engine dies. I hook up computer and i have codes p0605 Internal control module ROM error,p062e Fuel injector driver circuit performance Bank 2,and p062d Fuel injector driver circuit performance bank 1. Is this a ECM issue or a wiring issue?

 

I found a diagnostic tree for the p062e and p062d codes and followed the steps. It ended up after checking all the injector powers and grounds leading to a PCM replacement. Has anyone else seen this? I worked at Ford as a diesel tech from 08-2011 but never saw these codes.
