Default Bad Flex Plate or Torque Convert? Rough Idle and Tinny Sounds

I have an 06, 5.9 w/ 48RE. No Tuner all it has is a bag of parts and 60HP dragon fly injectors

I have had the rough idle for a while and have went thought the whole fuel system and it doesnt seem to be there. While driving it is starting to shimmy shake a little. Sometimes when at high speeds and let off the throttle I can hear the tinny tap as well. Then while in park, only after it is warm and has been drove. There is a tinny sounding tap or knock that seems to be coming from the middle of the drivers door to the middle of the back door.

I was wondering if it could be the flex plate. Took the window cover off and I didnt see any shavings or anything. and it doesnt seem to grind at start.

Any Ideas would be appreciated

Would it be the starter if it's got almost a belt sounding squeel at idle coming from behind the motor?
