Default Delta Fuel Tank Install now have ????'s

Well I got a fuel/tool box combo from member cbrahs aka high desert ravelco...and got it installed with some secret plumbing.... Here's a question for some of you fellas... I plan on tappping into the stock system so the delta tank will gravity feed into the stock tank.. How would some on you guys do it and do I have to worry about tank overflowing?? I know it won't come out of the cap because of the valve in that but anywhere else???

TIA

Shane

Here's the simplest way I've found. They already went through the effort of puttin the kit together for you. Diesel Install Kit for Auxiliary Diesel Fuel Tank — Fits Ford and Dodge Trucks, Model# 011025 | Auxiliary Fuel Tanks | Northern Tool + Equipment

Don't forget to install a fuel water separator filter: http://www.rocketcityrockcrawlers.co...2007-06-18.pdf

Good luck.

Well it was a thought anyway. For the vent you could just use a rollover valve for a fuel pod. Cheap, easy to install and available at any race shop.

Here is for connecting the lines for the rollover shutoff protection. Fuel Tank Roll-Over Vent Valve

To connect back into your fuel filler neck just get one of the 2“ fuel Return Manifold's that they use for the FASS and Air Dog systems. I'm sure vendors sell them seperately. I just gave one away to Muddy a few weeks ago.
