I was screwing around on the freeway today and disabled the safety features on my quadzilla. Made a few WOT passes to prove to a mustang that he's not hot ****.

When I checked my data logs it showed 51 pounds of boost,and 1620 egt. That shouldn't happen with normal injectors should it?

 

I thought my build/truck was in my signature.

are you talking about being able to get EGTs that high? Stock injectors are perfectly capable of that. I take it you weren't looking at guages when you did this to verify trends? What I dont' know is how all your other mods play together with it. What size exhaust are you running? what work with the intake?

 

I have a poly-dyne header up for grabs, it does lower your EGT's this a better flowing manifold. Stock manifold has a lot of restrictions in the casting.

 

I'll bite, how much for the header? Do people tow with it?

Yes people do tow with it, I towed and had no problems
