How wide of a rim can I run on my 89 w250

How wide of a rim can I run on my 89 w250
I'm wanting to put a wider 16in wheel but idk how wide I can go I'm really wanting to run 16x12 the back spacing is 4 1/2 and the offset is -50 would these fit ?
