Hi, I have a 24valve that I got from dad with 100k. It's a auto that was just rebuilt with a bunch of goodies. I added 4" exhaust, fass95, 3 piece manifold, ats air ram, afe airbox, phatshaft 62
Bosch marine 50hp sticks, isspro gauges, bd intercooler and smarty on level 7- torque6. It has a 3 second delayed surge cruising on the highway when i want to pass and is even worse now that I added the bd intercooler- dad lost the lift pump twice in 10 years any ideas

What is your fuel pressure looking like?

 

I've set my fass to 16 psi
Gauge reads 16 on isspro

 

The thing rips until OD kicks in and then it's laggy as he$&
