This is by far my favorite Maintenance Tip video: Boost Testing.
So many times, people call us for trouble shooting high smoke out-put, high EGTs, poor fuel mileage, slower spool-up, low boost and after a quick boost test we narrow it down to a loose boot or clamp or a whole in one of the charged air pipes.

I always keep a spare in my truck. Had to replace the filter more than once on the side of the road. Never know when you may get a bad batch of fuel plugging it up

 

I do. Everywhere it is necessary. Even on my lug nuts 😲
