Default '93 12 valve looking for input on rebuild

I just picked up a 12 valve cummins out of a '93 dodge that will eventually go to live in my '03 F-350. I won't be racing or anything out of the ordinary. Though, that being said, the 160 HP of the stock motor I think should be improved. Where is best to make some extra HP? I am also curious about what you can upgrade for more horse power without upgrading other things, I.E. will upgrading injectors make a difference or does the fuel pump also need to be upgraded to increase horse power that way. Looking for experience, what does work, what doesn't work and what will get me power and longevity out of my 12 valve build.

on the 93, you should look up the denny t fuel pin, and how the adjust the fuel screw. bigger injectors will wake it up. the rpm spring mods makes it a whole new engine.
