I'm having trouble with my 94 Chevy k1500 6.5 turbo diesel s vin. it runs fine until it warms up but as soon as its warm it runns horrible. it idles real choppy, goes faster than how hard I'm pushing the pedal, and most recently if its in park and I rev the motor the rpms stay at 2100. also I pluged it in to my gm obd1 scan tool and it couldn't read with the truck

 

many problems at once.
