Default 6.5 stalling and won't start

95 6.5 Td kept stalling and now won't start just cranks fuel pump is still good. thinking its wires arcing. blew the ecm fuse put a new fuse then blew fuel pump relay put new one and just won't start

Blown fuses usually indicate a shorted wire.

Could also be a fault with the PMD?

We've been tracing wires the truck is a wiring nightmare but I've been thinking about getting a new pmd to try. can't hurt
