Can not find fuel leak? 1995 powerstroke

There is no fuel in the valley but it leaks were my starter is, the passenger side fuel line that leads to the heads does not leak!!! Neeed help . what do i look at now ?

Have you checked that line with the engine running? Maybe you can trace the fuel leak with the engine at idle, or revved, with someone else operating the throttle. Ya might get lucky.
