Default 6.4 Missfire when warm

I have a 2008 F-350, 6.4L
has cold air intake, H&S Mini Max tuner, full exhaust
When you first start the truck it runs like a top and sounds great.
After a couple minutes of idling it starts to misfire really bad on cylinder 8 and throws code P0308.
thought it might be injector so replaced it, but still does it.

Any Ideas on what it could be, This truck is really starting to frustrate me, any help would be greatly appreciated.

also has EGR delete

ya, has cylinder 8 misfire as well as cylinder contribution.
let it sit over night just to watch what it does and when it starts to act up, seems to start with a slight misfire around 70 degrees then as it warms up it gets worse and worse, when it hits 120 that's when it turns into a hard miss and smokes like crazy
