i got a 1994 12 valve manual trans, and my injection pump has a worped plunger and shuts off on me when she gets hot at high rpm. i don't wanna get it fixed as i can't afford it right now. i bought an injection pump off a 1996 i know its the 215 pump its off a manual as well. my question is am i gonna run in to problems replacing the small 94 pump with the 96 pump? has anyone done this before?

 

nope its a bolt on. and 160 pump is small only because of tuning. the later pumps are better suited for big hp because of cam designs and a few other small differences.

 

so there won't be any issues even if I'm just going to pin time them both to a stock setting?
