Default newbie with questions on value

i have a 98 12v quad cab with no power mods and 175k on it and i have been told by a lot of people it is what you diesel guys claim as the holy grail and i need someone to help me kind of maybe get a decent idea of the value of it so i can sell it and move into a crew cab. the killer dowel pin has been done and has a bd waste gate and other than that its basically stock.

nice truck
I would think you could start at 8,000, then go from there depending on the condition of the truck and motor.

No second gen will ever be the "Holy Grail".

Seriously, though, I agree with 97 Cummins. Between $8k and $12k depending on the market.
