So had a VERY bad experience tonight!So i just replaced the the lift pump and deleted the fuel heater and ive drivin the truck with a load on it after i replaced the lift pump but tonight i was doing my normal oil pick up for my Bio-diesel system and i had about 270 gal in the back and the trucked acted fine "until" i try to climb a little grade!The truck sputtered then shut off so started it up but it took about 3-4 cranks and went to take of and truck wouldnt go so i finally get her going and trucked MAXED out at 3 mph so keep driving shut off on me about 8-10 times and it got so bad that it wouldnt go over 2 mph so i put it in 4L but kept it in drive and i could only get to 5mph!Took me over an hour to go 4 miles up a 4-6% grade!!Any help would be great!

 

is it a factory mechanical lift pump? or electric? sounds like either the fuel shut off selinoid is messing up, lift pump is dead, or bad bio blend

 

Plugged filter or fuel line as well ... maybe it got pinched some where some how ..? gonna be simple .. usually is

 

3mph maxed on a 5% grade? Maybe somebody stuck a Duramax in there
