Turbo rebuild

Is it true that u need to balance the shaft n a hx35w to rebuild it or can u just mark it and put it back the way it was and itll be fine

Mark it, and put it back together. The parts should be balanced seperatly. I've marked some in the past and re-assembled without any problems. I marked them just to be safe.

Yes they are balanced seperatly .... not a bad idea to have the re-ballanced and such due to wear irregularitys over time though ...
