My name is Marvin and I own a 1993 D-250 1st Generation Cummins Truck. I inherited it from my father who used it to pull his 30ft. Jayco 5th wheel trailer. He would travel in the summers to get away from the Arizona heat. The truck has a 5spd transmission. it needs a paint job and some other work, but it runs and pulls good. I live in Yuma Arizona. I am a truck driver and highway worker by trade. I have always been a Dodge and Ford fan, mainly because I have no luck with Chevy's. I have had a little luck with GMC's but like with skinny women it has been few and far between. I have been happily married for 10 years, and see no end in sight there. My father was a truck driver and he taught me how to drive also. He drove in the 50's through the 80's when he retired. He was my source of information for cars, trucks. He is gone now and so I am hoping that I can use this forum to help me work on this truck. Any and all information will be most appreciated. I apologize for being long winded. Since the late 90s TDR has compiled information on the Dodge/Cummins Turbo Diesel truck. Each year TDR updates the book.
