Picked up my twelve valve cummins today. I noticed my blinkers are blinking rather rapidly usually meaning there is a bulb out, but along with this usually blinkers click there is no sound. Along with this my last dodge if you had the lights on and opened the door it would buzz it does not buzz at all. Also when warming up watching you tube videos they are buzzing until the start engine light shuts off. Would this be caused by a fuse or has any one had a similar problem.

 

The flasher in the fuse panel is bad and someone could have taken the buzzer out of the fuse panel but its not a big loss in my opinion.

my 97 dodge doesnt make any noise when the blinkers flash either. my dome light didnt work either till i fixed the door switches then i started hearing the buzzer for the glow plugs after i fixed the dome light switch for some reason?
