Today I was web surfing and came up on 40hp overflow valve!Would it be safe to run this with stock lift pump?

with a stock fuel pump be careful with your overflow choice. Tork tec does make a good one for the stock pumps just make sure its the one they make for the stock pump and not the elec pump overflows

The 40 is too high according to Tork Tek stock. I went with the adjustable as it was the most logical choice. Apparently the 12V with a stock lift pump and P7100 starts to lose efficiency after 32lbs and that is why he steered me towards the adjustable.

 

I recently did the adjustable .... And it is so much better running now ..

 

Agreed, I picked up some bottom end and now look forward to adding some more goodies .
