Im getting ready to remove the cab from my 08 extended cab. I think I've gotten everything disconnected but am wondering about the best way to actually lift it. i don't have a fancy lift like the guy in the video. i thought about using lifting straps through the cab and picking with a forklift but had concern about deforming cab structure. are the cabs beefy enough to do this?A friend suggested using floor jacks to lift the cab high enough to get straps underneath it, but again will they put to much pressure on the door panels or crush the cab?
