I'm wondering if anyone is tracking parellels to the price of oil... wife beatings, DUI's, suicides, box office revenues, hotel vacancies, t-bone steaks vs a roasts, after school events, miles driven, etc. ...

What is there that is being cut back to absorb the extra fuel/food prices? How reaching is this fuel crisis?

 

I own a mobile fleet service company and the fuel prices are really cutting into my profits! Today diesel was 4.49. Makes business improvements harder. Last year I drove over 50k miles. it SUCKS!! All my customers are pinching their pennies too so that puts more of a crunch on...I guess it's life in a sour economy though.
