Governor spring

Can you upgrade your governor spring with stock truck setup? Yes or no?

Haha okay. I have a stock 12 valve we'll other than 75 hp injectors. Can I upgrade to 4k governor springs?

sure those can go in any of the pumps. it is recommended that you do 60lbs valve springs @ the same time but it doesnt sound like you have near enough fuel to get you anywhere close to 4k

4ks and leave the inner little spring out until you get valve springs.

I'd say go with the 3000 springs right now.

Just get 4K's and be done with it, they make a difference from bottom to top. Just be sure to do valve springs before you turn the fuel up enough to raise the ceiling.
