Default 04 f350 6.0L No Power

Can someone please help me.
I have a 04 f350 6.0L. It has 200,000 miles and I have replaced numerous parts over the past 2 years.
Three weeks ago I had the oil changed and they replaced the fuel filters. I couldn't get it home because it kept dying. We replaced the filters with the right ones and the problems began.
It started surging in power or dying on me. I took it to the shop and they replaced the alternator and that did not fix it .
Then they said the ICP code was displayed and they replaced the ICP sensor. Then they said #7 fuel injector needed to replaced. Then they said it was just unplugged and plugged it in. They said I could pick it up it was fixed.
Then I was almost killed when I pulled out into traffic and had no power. Once it warms up it runs better. But when I first crack it I have no power at all. There is no smoke and no codes. The mechanic then told me to leave it and he would figure it out.
Now they say I need a new turbo. I feel like because I am a women they are just changing parts and running up the bill. I am already in for $1300.00 and the truck is still broke.

8 months ago I replaced both batteries.
2 years ago I had all the fuel injectors replaced and a delete kit put on. 3 years ago I had new fuel pump, turbo, and lots of other things replace to the tune of $6,000. If it wasn't paid for and I can't afford a new truck note I would trade it in.
I thought I would google and see if others are having this problem or can help me.
