so im looking into getting this 6.0 tommorow i know the guy that owned it kinda basiclly he drove it to tow his lil fishing boat my girl friends saturn coulda pulled so its super clean only 180xxx miles and super clean so i kow all the problems with 6.0 head studs egr ficm turbo sticking head gaskets oil cooler

so i dnt have the mney for everything all at once but isnt the oil cooler the main problem and that causes a chain reaction so could i just do the oil cooler and egr since those are cheapest and that wat i have money for and coolant filter is cheap to so i thought about that too

also is it the harder you drive a 6.0 the faster itll blow the head gaskets or is it just a ticking time bomb that could go off anythime??
