Does anyone know if Ford still uses the same frame for their 1/2. 3/4 and 1 tons in 1998?

I know on the Bump sides, Dent sides, and 80's models they did. The frame was the same channel size, and same material thickness, the only differences were the suspension attached to it.

Need the info for planning on my next project, so, not desperate for it, just want to know sometime in the near future.
