Hey guys, so a buddy of mine who works for pdr gave me an hx35 turbo, less the exhaust housing. He didn't know the history on it or anything. The heat shield on the exhaust wheel is loose, I can pull it back and forth a few mm between the blade and the center section . Is this normal?

 

Been a while sense I had one apart, but I believe it is normal. Held in place by the exhaust housing. You can bolt it directly to you H1C exhaust housing without modification. You will need to plug the port on the compressor side for the waste gate hose.
