i have a 1998 chevy 2500 with power windows. the window is stuck halfway and wont go down or up. ive noticed that there are rollers that slide onto this bar or some sort. and one is off the track which is keeping the window from moving. whats the easiest way of fixing this?

 

New regulator

 

The rollers (2 of them) need to be put back into the track. To do this you will need to take off the door panel and then move window left (when down all the way) and get the one roller into track, then slide it right all the wAy and get the other roller into the track. As all the door electric components would be disconnected with door panel off, hook it up and check it before putting panel on. Video on replacing door regulator:
