I don't understand why this is even in the news. I have visited several gun factories, its fun and educational.

He is a free man, ought to be able to go anywhere he wants. Shouldn't even make the news.

Wait just a damn minute,
At trial, Zimmerman’s defense team argued that their client killed Martin in self defense when the teen began beating him. The gun involved in the shooting is now with the U.S. Justice Department, which is reviewing the case for possible federal charges.
From the 7th amendment:
the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
The 5th amendment:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
So if they try to get him in a Federal court for Trayvons death, wouldn't that be a violation of the Constitution of the United States of America?


As if it really matters, most of the people in the legal system (at least around here) don't know the laws they are supposed to enforce, and refuse to acknowledge that US citizens have the rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

He was tried in State criminal court. They're trying to make a Federal Civil Rights case. Bullshit I say.

It's all a bunch of race bullsh!t, if Zimmerman was the one shot the story would have been lucky to reach the evening news.
