Fuel rail pressure.... Does this sound right?

So a friend of mine told me to monitor my fuel rail pressure to make sure I'm getting enough fuel for my tune, from what my monitor says at full pedal from 0-120 my pressure is running between 26k to 28k. He told me that that is really good if its correct... Does anyone else know around what their fuel rail pressure runs at when the pedal is to the floor?
