Bad news bears.... HELP
Just took the truck to get an oil change. They called me out to the pit and show me that I had no oil registering on the stick and a massive leak had started. He said to him it looks like the rear main seal, but didn't go into detail of why he thought that. So I asked a friend and he said it make be the turbo pedestal seal. (??) When I got the truck home I looked my self and oil is coming from right around the starter and right behind the oil pan where the motor meets the tranny. I have pictures, but not sure how to upload them on here.
ANY advice will help... just looking to avoid a $600 bill

i would look in the valley, turbo pedestal or HPOP, there is a drain in the back of the engine on the passenger side so it might look like the rear main. rear main seals arnt very common in these.
going to try and add picture. just a sec
Ok no idea how to put pictures on here... Can you break down what you mean by valley, and HPOP? New guy

So, good news it was the HPOP and its fixed. HOWEVER, the guy said that the charger seals are bad as well. Anyone know how easy of a fix those are or where they are located?

I'm an idiot... turbocharger seals. Ok so how easy is that to fix myself? And how exactly do those go bad?
