i had my 95 p7100 pump rebuild but however, i can't make it run right. checked injectors...had two bad injectors. replaced all 6 with 5x12's. However, it still sounds like its missing. I checked timing and the pump is timed. first two cylinders are missing. is it just a bad rebuild job or I'm i not doing something right???

if the IP is subject you can take the injector lines off the pump and turn it over. your gonna get fuel everywhere but fuel should shoot all over your hood from all 6. good lift pump pressure? you didnt piddle with delivery valves or anything after you got the pump back? reputable fuel shop rebuilt it? did you get a print out of cc's for the pump from the shop?

 

so if it shoots fuel from all 6 does that mean the pump is working fine?? I replaced the life pump about 6 months ago but i haven't checked the pressure. I had diesel care from TN do the rebuilt didn't piddle anything nor did i get a cc's

 

not professionally but it will show you if the IP is pumping and creating pressure. you should put a gauge on the lift pump and see what you have.
