I just picked up a 96 12v. Im completely new to the diesel world! What im told is done to the truck is

SDX 5x.016 injectors
no fuel plate
4k governor spring kit
pdr intercooler
66/74/14 custom turbo by engineered diesel
60lb vavle springs
o-ringed head with head studs

When im on it the boost gauge is maxed past 60psi so im not sure what actual boost is.

Any idea what kinda power i should be expecting if i get it dynoed? I know im not gonna get an accurate measurement tho without actually dynoing it.

good lord... he doesnt, these questions suck. its like asking how much HP my old horse has... IDK how big is he? hes still a horse but does he put out the same amount as our 5 year old draft horse does? the dyno or drag strip with a weighed truck is the only way to get you RWHP #'s. we can only guess as to what your numbers will be by what we personally have had dynoed or ran down the strip. also every dyno will give you different numbers there are many factors that play a role in what the readout will be after the wheels stop turning. spend a few buck go to an event/dyno near you blow some smoke and feel like a hero for awhile. its fun and will help you not ask rhetorical aggravating questions .
