Default Blow by out of dip stick??

My truck has a swapped engine that came from a farmer when we got the parts truck the oil dip stick was mechanic wired to hold it in place well it now blows oil everywhere on the bottom of the hood even makes its was out the drivers side fender and all over the brake booster and such. I have taken the blow by tube off and it is not plugged. Anyone have any ideas?? I have 4k gsk 75 hp injectors aurora 4000 turbo 6 fuel plate no fuel in the oil. Thought about capping the oil dip stick tube off but I don't want to blow a front or rear main seal. I need help with what to do!

Don't know how much good it's doing, but, I went to AutoZone and got a shiny chrome lifter-cover breather for the fill tube. Just needed a little mini-tweak of one of the little "ears" for threading into place. I call it "bling".

Is there any white smoke coming out of the dipstick tube or the oil filler cap if you remove it while the engine is running?

Could also be turbo seals also .... pull the turbo return at the pan/block and put the end in a good size pan of fresh oil.... have someone start engine ( do this at opperating temps.. ) and watch for bubbles in the oil .... run it through the revs if nothing ... do a stall test and watch the boost see if any is blowing by the seals/bushings in the turbo .. if u get bubbles u may have to rebuild ur turbo
