I am currently stationed in Guam while my truck resides stateside registered PNO (Planned Non-Op) with the state of CA. I paid the non-op fees and all before I left so everything is current. I will be going home on leave and would love to drive it, however, I think it's ridiculous to pay $550 just so I can drive it for 2-3 weeks and it go back into storage for another year. Is there anything I can do? CA DMV doesn't have an email that I've found on the site and it is extremely difficult to call given that I'm 17 hours ahead over here.
