Default Nsbu I assume? But...

I was driving today and lost my shift indicator light, then could only shift between 3rd and park...If I shook my shift Lever I could get it into Drive, but still no light. Got it home then an hour later drove it to my mechanic and all was good in the shifting department, indicator lights and all back on, but my check engine light came on and then all of my memory recall info stopped working and I can't program my memory seating etc? Could this be in my ignition switch as well?

I have a 2003 2500
