mad Rear Main

So I just replaced the rear main seal in my 5.9 and it is worse now than before. It had a speedy sleeve on it already so I got another kit with the same sleeve and SOB still leaks. More or a rant that a question Im just blowing off steam before I drive 100 miles into Anchorage for another on. Even though this one looks fine , no nicks on sleeve and seal appears to be in good shape to.......Any thoughts?

did you replace the gasket on the rear main housing? Did you put some type of RTV on the crank before you put the speedy sleeve on? Sure the seal was straight when you beat it in? oil pan gasket was not torn was it?
