Wait? you don't want to deal with oily intercooler boots? Then do the CCV mod becuase thats what it prevents. Also, what kind of intake? possibly ZooDad. Fuel-hutch and harpoon, under the hood fuel pressure gauge. If you dont have any other guages, you should definitely look into some of those. Oh boy, what else. GPR Led is a good one. If you have steady hands and a soldering pen you could do the 140IDM mod. 50 cent mod. I cant think of any others right now.

S&B is good. What don't you like about the CCV exactly? and Hutch just eliminated aerated fuel which quiets your injectors as well as increases your performance and the life of your injectrors. Harpoon mod allows you to fit more fuel into your tank without having to sit there feathering the nozzle to fit the last few gallons in.

if you can get a set cheap the half year 7.3 with the small turbo and injectors come with a single shot injector.. i actrually have a set still in a parts motor. you can get allot more power out of a single shot injector tuning wise..

ford made a HALF YEAR 7.3 witch im guessing you know about if you drive a 7.3 and are on a forum.. and in that year they put totally different parts on the motor from turbo, injectors, and connecting rods.. they also came from the factory with a cat and muffler for some reason.. but besides the fact in that half year they used single shot injectors, and in the 99.5+ 7.3s they used a split shot injector and if you know anything about fueling you would know you can pump allot more fuel quickly and efficiantly through a single shot injector. 7.3s are also known for breaking connecting rods at about 400+ hp so some guys also use the half year connecting rods because they are forged rods and in the 99.5+ 7.3 they were all "powdered metal" rods

You should stop talking while you are ahead. Absolutely nothing you said made a bit of since.

Um... you kinda know what you are talking about but not exactly... i think what you are talking about it the early 99 7.3. They were a hybrid between the OBS 7.3 and the SD 7.3. I dont remember if they had different injectors, but if the did, they were SMALLER than the newer ones. They did have different turbos, a whole different turbo set up actually, but it wouldnt be an ugrade to go to that style. The E99 7.3 did not have PMR's, but neither does anything before late 2001 when they switched from forged rods to PMR's. Also, all 7.3's come with mufflers, not sure what you mean there. In concern to the cat converters. Those were only placed on trucks that were designated to be sent to California. It was not in correllation to the E99's at all.
Before posting, make sure that your facts, which were somewhat true (just really confusing and misrepresented) are in the right order, and line up with what is correct.

95-97 had 90cc single shots

E99 had 120cc split shots

L99+ had 140cc split shots

I'm no expert but 140 is 50 more the 90 so you will get more HP even with split shots.
