Just bought my wife an 06 3500 megacab dually. Its an auto. I have been looking at the smarty jr for a little bump in power, but still maintain the stock tranny for now. Are the new smarty jr's a good choice? Are they adjustable on the fly or do you have to stop and plug it in to change the settings? Like I said its the wifes so I'm not looking at going crazy. The truck will also have my 28 ft enclosed trailer on it all this summer. Any help would be greatly appreciated
