A 12valve doesn't have a rack plug.
Is your star wheel turned up?

Lol yea.... its got one. Did you verify afc travel and that boost is making it to the afc.

^ first check that

rack plug does make a pretty good difference 2mm of rack travel IIRC ... but your going to have to mod your afc arm to get the full effect

First: I am not sure if you are serious or just joking but if you truly are serious then I would like to politely correct you and let you know there is a rack plug located on the very front of the P7100.

Second: More fuel
1. Crank star wheel all the way up
2. Remove fuel plate
3. Install 2095 rack plug
4. Install adjustable fuel pressure screw
5. Rack barrels
6. Install delivery valves
7. Advance injection timing

That's all that I have done to mine and without spending big bucks on new plungers, barrels, and lines I
believe this is just about all you can do. I don't believe adjusting the AFC supplies necessarily more fuel I think it just changes the curve of fuel flow based on your RPM's. Please correct me if someone knows otherwise.

rack plug is between timming cover and pump,if u look down between them u will see a hex head plug that screws into injection pump, there is a deeper one that alows more rack travel.

2095 rack plug is the upgrade plug ... best bang for your buck as they can be had for 12 bucks
