ok so #6 has both broken off and #1 on the top has one broken also .... #1 is drilled and half way tapped out ... then tap broke off inside flange where I cant get anything in there to remove it .... ....... SO ... any good Ideas ????

Gonna price a head and get a few quotes form some local shops ..... hope ya'll can help me out here.

I know If I do it I will need at least a right angle drill and a short 1/4" bit .... but the how is the real problem ...... maybe someone has better way ???
