Are there any tuners out there for under 1000$ for a egr/dpf delete for the 6.4 powerstroke?

That's gonna be a tough one. Maybe eBay or classifieds are my only 2 ideas

as long as it was returned to stock from the previous owner, i dont think it matters

Good luck finding a tuner right now under 1000. Kinda like everyone and their brother buying up all the ammo.

You guys know anything about the triple dog tuner from bulldog? I found one for a good price?

bully dog is not a good idea but for the 6.4 the spartan is the way to go good luck finding that kind of price though
