Hey,Just bought my second dodge 5.9 cummins,I only had my first for about 3 months befor it was stolen!! It was a once in a life time find an 03 with 22000 when i bought it in 2011.Sooooo bought a 03 again this one has 144000 nicely taken care of miles. Will be doing all fluid change,took it to AAMCO for flush and band adjustment.All good there...Will be going with Shell Rotella T.I have found oily build up on frame and down pass side under belly.Believe it to be from leaking oil filter.Any idea's on getting all that old sludge build up off?Hope you all have a good night.

 

as for the oil on your motor, I think a hot pressure washer could do the trick.
