2007 ford 6.o
my battery light came on now wont strat is it the alt r batteries it jump stated just fine but when turned off wouldnt start

247/00 bucks for a new alt about same for batteries should i go for alt instead of going 2 dealer

I would the alterntor off first and have it load tested,then go from there.
